<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">This compact 36 litre machine is ideal for general maintenance in smaller premises and workshops. The cyclonic neutral vane theory technology draws the waste into the drum with great force and directs it around the outside edge, keeping the filters cleaner and allowing the waste to fall to the bottom of the drum.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">The lid features a low-noise-output motor exhaust design and when the optional 2 1/2" diameter hose is fitted, the sound of the motor can be directed away from the machine, greatly reducing noise in the workshop.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">Now includes ZAMV 2 Metres of 100mm Dust Extraction Hose and DX100X Easy-Fit Cuff.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">Low Noise Output</h3>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">CamVac machines are probably the quietest high-pressure-low-volume (HPLV) dust extractors available. The motor exhaust and cover design effectively reduce noise during operation, with tests showing sound levels as low as 74 dB on a single motor model. When the optional 2 1/2" hose is fitted to the motor exhaust, this can be reduced to approximately 68 dB, making them the ideal option if neighbourhood noise is a concern.</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">The drum filter and motor filters give three-stage filtration for fine dust, using two washable cloth filters and a paper filter system. The 0.5 micron filtration makes them ideal for use with fine dust and other materials hazardous to health.</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">All CamVac models feature a unique cyclonic inlet system, which draws the waste around the side of the drum and away from the filters and motors, increasing their lifespan.</p>
<h3 style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">Bayonet Inlet Fitting</h3>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">The machine inlet features a bayonet fitting, allowing for fast and easy connection of the extraction hose to the machine. Each machine is supplied with a corresponding bayonet hose fitting, which has a positive, secure and tight fit around the hose. Additional bayonet hose fittings are available.</p>

<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">The <strong style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">Record Power AC400 air filter</strong> offers great features and performance at a very competitive price. It features two stage filtration with pocket filters (previously only available on&nbsp;the top of the range AC2 machine and nearly twice the price) to provide filtration down to 1 micron.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">It has 3 speeds and a timer function so you can leave the unit to run for a period after you have finished in the workshop. Both of which can be applied by remote control, which is included with the machine.</p>

<h3 style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">What to expect</h3>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">After a welcome drink and a safety briefing your tutor will outline the process to turn a bowl and help you select a bowl blank from a range of species.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">We use the widely recognised teaching process of "Tell, Show, Do" where your tutor will make a bowl alongside yours to actively demonstrate the process and correct techniques.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">By the end of the day you will come away with a completed bowl along with the knowledge and skills required to make a bowl in your own workshop.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">If there is sufficient time available, you are able to purchase a second blank from our shop to create another bowl.</p>
<p style="text-align: center; color: #000000;"><em style="text-align: center; color: #000000;">For a more advanced bowl turning course, choose our two day session where a variety of bowl shapes can be practised and different methods of finishing tried.</em></p>
